Thanks to everyone who voted and gave their thoughts on the 3 front cover designs. The 'crossed out' theme was a clear winner, with 65% of the vote. Maybe the ladder design will make an appearance on the back cover...
'Crossed out' Theme
The most obvious of the bunch, but still with an element of playfulness
'Mountain' Theme
The most subtle of the lot, with the mountain acting as a metaphor for your career. Note the path only goes halfway up (to base camp) rather than to the summit
'Ladder' Theme
The cleanest of the three options, but with some whimsy from the stylised ladder and font
